  • Design, implement, and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including server hardware, software, networks, and security systems, to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from potential threats.
  • Oversee network assets, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management, and related documentation.
  • Manage Windows Server Administration through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute the deployment of new infrastructure technologies and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Develop and document IT Infrastructure policies, procedures, and system architecture to guide operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain performance metrics for systems and license management.
  • Perform configuration, change management, and testing activities to support DevOps.
  • Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and support release deployment activities after hours.
  • Oversee the management of backups, disaster recovery operations, and business continuity planning to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Manage network security by administering firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication methods, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Install and configure applications such as operating systems, databases, web servers, and other infrastructure components.
  • Troubleshoot problems with hardware and software, including responding to support requests from users.
  • Manage projects and service delivery in line with IT Strategy and project plan.
  • Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and projects related to IT infrastructure.
  • Assist end users on issues related to network, internet, browser, email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide infrastructure systems.
  • Proven experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, VPNs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of common software and hardware platforms, including Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of network hardware, including familiarity with switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Familiarity with data backup, recovery, security, and integrity for relational databases.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues and security vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working as part of a team and interacting with colleagues across different departments.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Any Graduate with a B. E / B. Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree with more than five (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • Certifications related to IT infrastructure and cloud services are highly desirable.
